Our Services

Through a GP-referred Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, Medicare provides eligible patients with up to 5 subsidised allied health visits per calendar year. Exercise physiology is one of the most effective interventions for managing long-term chronic conditions, and our programmes are individually tailored to your diagnosis, fitness level, and goals.
A referral from your GP is required. Ask your GP about a GP Management Plan (GPMP) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA) to access Medicare rebates.

Returning to sport after injury is one of the most critical phases of rehabilitation. Our return to sport programmes bridge the gap between injury management and full athletic participation — assessing your current capacity against the demands of your sport and building a structured, progressive programme to close that gap safely.
We work across all sports and activity levels, from recreational participants to competitive athletes, and across a wide range of injuries including ACL reconstruction, shoulder surgery, muscle tears, stress fractures, and post-surgical orthopaedic procedures.
Clear, objective milestones guide every stage of your return — ensuring you go back not just recovered, but stronger and more resilient than before.

We accept referrals from life insurers and income protection providers to deliver functional restoration and rehabilitation programmes for claimants managing injury, illness, or chronic conditions affecting their capacity to work.
Our exercise physiologists provide thorough initial assessments, structured treatment programmes, and clear clinical reporting to support the insurer, treating team, and claimant throughout the rehabilitation process. We are experienced in working within insurer frameworks and meeting reporting requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Referrals accepted from claims managers and rehabilitation consultants.

Musculoskeletal injuries and conditions — whether from sport, accidents, or degeneration — respond exceptionally well to targeted exercise therapy. Our programmes address pain, restore strength and mobility, correct movement dysfunction, and reduce the risk of re-injury.
Common presentations include chronic low back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, hip and knee conditions, and degenerative disc disease. Each programme is individually designed and progresses in line with your recovery and functional goals.
We work alongside your physiotherapist, specialist, or GP to ensure your rehabilitation is integrated and effective.

Structured exercise is one of the most powerful tools available for managing and reversing the effects of cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Our programmes are clinically supervised and individually tailored for people living with conditions including heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, and COPD.
We monitor your response to exercise carefully, adjust your programme as your fitness and health improves, and liaise with your GP and specialist to ensure your exercise prescription is safe, appropriate, and achieving measurable outcomes.

Exercise during and after cancer treatment is now strongly recommended by oncologists and evidence-based clinical guidelines worldwide. It has been shown to reduce cancer-related fatigue, improve treatment tolerance, preserve muscle mass and bone density, support mental health, and improve long-term survival outcomes.
We work with people at all stages of their cancer journey — from active treatment through to survivorship — developing safe, structured programmes that account for your treatment type, side effects, and current physical capacity. We work closely with your oncology team to ensure your programme is appropriately timed and aligned with your medical management.

The relationship between exercise and mental health is one of the most well-established in clinical research. Regular, structured exercise has been shown to be as effective as medication for mild to moderate depression, significantly reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and build psychological resilience.
Our exercise physiologists provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where movement is used as a therapeutic tool alongside your existing mental health support. We work collaboratively with your psychologist or psychiatrist to ensure your programme is appropriately paced, genuinely enjoyable, and contributing meaningfully to your overall well-being.

Maintaining strength, balance, and functional independence as we age is one of the most important investments anyone can make in their long-term health. Our healthy ageing programmes are designed to reduce falls risk, preserve muscle mass, improve bone density, and keep you active, confident, and independent for longer.
We work with older adults across a wide range of fitness levels and health backgrounds, tailoring every programme to individual goals — whether that's getting back to gardening, keeping up with grandchildren, or simply moving through daily life with greater ease and confidence.
